New name, new look... same lame content ;^)

If you're revisiting a bookmarked link, or coming in from a search engine and you're thinking... WTF? Don't worry. You're in the right place. I'm just doing some digital re-organizing due to a number new projects in my life, and I've moved all of my technical blog content into this separate domain (g33kr.net). I'll be adding any new tech content here rather than on my personal page (sdoconnell.net), which will also be undergoing some radical changes in the very near future. I hope you like the new design. I wanted to create something very nix-like and back to basics. No social media links, no animations, no Flash content, no banner ads, and only the images that are absolutely necessary to illustrate the articles no images. Just nice, crunchy tech content for the Linux hobbyist or network geek, presented in the simple form of plain text.

Also, in case you haven't noticed I'm a big fan of Ethan Schoonover's Solarized color scheme. I use it exclusively in every editor and terminal, so I figured it would be perfect for the tone of this site. Maybe I shouldn't impose my aesthetic preferences on others.
